Order, Shipping & Returns

ORDERS

1. Minimum spend is $100 excl GST.
2. All prices are given in Australian Dollars excl GST.  GST will be applied at checkout
3. All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch.
4. All goods remain the property of Wotnot Naturals until paid for in full.
5. We do not have any liability to you arising from the supply of our products. All warranties and representations are fully excluded to the extent allowed by law.

These terms and conditions shall be construed according to, and governed by the laws of NSW and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW in respect of these terms and conditions.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. A confirmation email will be sent for all online orders.
2. Your order will be dispatched within 2 working day after full payment has been received.  We deliver Australia wide.  Delivery will take approximately 2-10 days depending on the destination.  Should there be any delay, we will contact you - please ensure that an appropriate telephone number is specified with your order along with any specific delivery instructions. For urgent deliveries, please contact us and we can arrange a courier for you at an extra cost.
3. All orders will be shipped via regular Australia Parcel Post.
4. Freight rates:

1. Replacements may be given on damaged or faulty goods notified to Wotnot within 14 days of purchase.
2. All freight costs for returns and deliveries for exchanges (excluding damaged or faulty goods) will be at the store’s expense.
3. We do not offer refunds for change of mind so please choose carefully.
